  • A quick high level analysis is performed to quickly understand the case is made.
  • If the issue reported is within the respective Ninja's scope, an instant resolution is provided right on the chat
  • In-case if the ownership of the case is with other stackholder, an Incident ticket is opened with proper SLA and the case id/ticket number is shared instantly. All further updates are done over Email in regards to case reported. However you may always come back, re-open chat for additional support.
